James Sotelo
to accompany the release of his BLAST of FAST album.

The following statement was provided
by representatives of James Sotelo:

"A self-confessed fireworks worshiper and recovering catnip addict, Sotelo shuttles between Roswell, New Mexico, and Fargo, North Dakota, continually hopping trains and stealing chickens from barnyards near the railroad tracks. He says he may be the illegitimate son of Chrissy Hynde and Moby and that his political views are 'clearly expressed in the songs,' which is strange since the tunes are primarily instrumental. 'I use the monomaniacal approach to song construction,' he states, 'and I urge every listener to find a partner and attempt to light matches by rubbing them between their bodies while dancing'."

For obvious reasons, John Scott G remained in Los Angeles for the creation of the album. "I was just fine with me being here and him being there," G said. "Or perhaps I should say 'out there'."
